In Matthew 14:14 the Bible says that, “Jesus was moved with compassion and healed the sick as well as took care of all the problems of the people.”  That’s just one passage in the New Testament.  There’s several passages where it tell us the power of God came into operation, because Jesus was moved with compassion.  And He’s the same yesterday, today, forever.  He’s not looking for opportunities to correct you, to condemn you, make you feel bad.  He’s looking for opportunities to embrace you with his loving kindness.  He’s looking for opportunities to exercise His compassion on your behalf.
