Zac Poonen is a former Indian Naval Officer who has been serving the Lord in India for nearly 50 years as a Bible-teacher.

He has written 25 books, many of which have been translated into a number of languages and widely circulated throughout the world. Brother Zac has planted numerous churches worldwide and continues to speak throughout the world.

Zac Poonen supports himself and his family through “tent-making” and does not receive any salary for his services. He does not receive any royalty for any of his books, CDs or DVDs that are published by Christian Fellowship Centre, Bangalore.

Brother Zac believes, among other things, in living a life filled with the power of the Holy Spirit, as evidenced by several apostles in the Bible.  He advocates a mind clear of the concerns of money, since it can be in direct opposition with wholehearted service to God and he believes in laying all worldly desires, including marriage and vocation, on the altar before God before pursuing them.
