It’s so important that we speak to people with the love of God.  Ephesians 4:15, the Bible says, “To speak the truth in love.”  And so, we need to make sure that we speak to our loved ones, speak to people, in love, and then they’ll grow up in God.  And so, I want you to understand that sometimes people use this little phrase, “I’m telling you this in love,” as a license to correct or scold people.  Here’s how you can always know if you’re speaking the truth, which is God’s word, and you’re doing it in love: if 100% of what you’re saying, doesn’t benefit you at all, it benefits the other person, that’s speaking the truth.  Speaking God’s Word, in love, and they’re going to grow up in love.  Amen.
